To address this, we partnered with Textron to launch its record-breaking recruitment campaign, Where Wild Ideas Work. This comprehensive effort included concepting, filming, editing, animation, social media, recruitment events, and sales enablement tools—all strategically aligned with Textron’s established brand platform.

The results are exceptional.

A 200%+ increase in applications in the first year, a 1.5x improvement in the offer-to-acceptance rate, and campaign extensions that significantly broadened reach and engagement and a Winner of an American Marketing Association (AMA) Pinnacle Award, B2B campaign. Ultimately, the campaign successfully repositioned Textron as a compelling career destination for emerging talent, setting a new benchmark for recruitment success.
